By completing your subscription purchase, you agree to be bound by this EXDS Insight Subscription Agreement ("Agreement"). This Agreement governs your subscription to EXDS Insight educational content only. It does not govern investment advisory services, which are provided solely under a separate written Investment Advisory Agreement.
EXDS Insight provides general market commentary, macroeconomic analysis, and educational content on asset classes, investment frameworks, and portfolio construction concepts.

EXDS Insight content is provided independently of any advisory services and is not intended as a step in or preparatory to any personalized investment advice process. All investments involve risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Global Availability: EXDS Insight is available globally, including to EU/UK/EEA residents.
Available plans: Current subscription pricing and plan options are displayed at checkout and on our website. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' advance written notice to your registered email address.
Billing: Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annual, as selected at checkout). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. EXDS Capital does not store full payment card details on its systems.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive an advance email notification before renewal. For annual subscriptions, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before renewal.
Plan Switches and Prorations: If you switch between subscription tiers, charges and credits will be prorated based on the remaining time in your current billing period and applied immediately at the time of the switch.
If your payment fails, we will automatically retry your payment method up to 4 times within a 2-week period using Stripe's Smart Retry system.
If a recurring payment remains incomplete for 15 days, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
For manually invoiced payments, you will receive a payment reminder 15 days after the invoice due date. If an invoice remains unpaid for 60 days past the due date, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
If all automatic retries are exhausted without a successful payment, your subscription will be cancelled and your invoice will be marked past-due.
To avoid interruption of service, please ensure your payment information is kept current in your account settings.
How to cancel: You may cancel at any time through your account settings (via the Stripe customer portal) or by emailing info@exdscapital.com.
When cancellation takes effect: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to content through the end of the paid period.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods or unused subscription time, except:
EXDS Capital may terminate your subscription at any time for violation of this Agreement, with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid unused period.
EXDS Capital grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use EXDS Insight content during your active subscription for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not:
All EXDS Insight content remains the intellectual property of EXDS Capital LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at info@exdscapital.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your account access with any other person.
EXDS Capital may modify, update, or discontinue EXDS Insight content or features at any time. In the event of full discontinuation of the service, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid unused period.
Your personal information collected in connection with your EXDS Insight subscription is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at exdscapital.com/legal. For EU/UK/EEA subscribers, GDPR rights apply as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EXDS Capital LLC's total liability to you in connection with your EXDS Insight subscription shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding your claim. EXDS Capital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on EXDS Insight content.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
