I started EXDS Capital to build an advisory practice around a structure I believe produces better outcomes: one where the person managing the investment is the same person the client speaks to.
Traditionally, research, portfolio management, and client relationships are handled by different people. That structure introduced layers between the investor and the decision-making process.
EXDS Capital is built differently. I handle research, construction, and communication directly. The tradeoff is fewer clients. The benefit is that each relationship receives the full attention of the person making the decisions.
The framework is personal. Each portfolio begins with the client. Objectives, constraints, liquidity needs, tax considerations, concentration issues, and required flexibility shape the portfolio framework from the outset.
Our process combines long-term structural allocation with systematic tactical management. We make selective adjustments only when shifting macro conditions, liquidity flows, or market regimes create a meaningful reason to change positioning.
Systematic execution provides the clarity needed to navigate constant change. This structure ensures that the entire investment strategy remains responsive and disciplined — recalibrating in real-time so that our conviction and your capital move forward together as global regimes change.
