By purchasing an EXDS Insight subscription, you agree to be bound by the EXDS Insight Subscription Agreement in addition to these Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the EXDS Insight Subscription Agreement regarding the subscription service, the EXDS Insight Subscription Agreement will control.
